Mrs. Prachiti Ankush Dhadse is a dynamic Director within the Andira Group, leading multiple strategic businesses including Andira Bioenergy Private Limited, Andira Logistics, Andira Lubricants & Auto Parts, and Nexora Ventures.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), she combines strong organizational leadership with a people-centric approach, ensuring sustainable growth across diverse industries.
Her leadership is focused on developing efficient business operations, building strong partnerships, and promoting innovative solutions that create long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

Mr. Parag Baburao Nandanwar serves as the Director of Andira Infratech Private Limited, bringing over 11 years of professional experience in civil construction and infrastructure development. Holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to community-focused development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Nandanwar has successfully managed and supervised a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects, emphasizing quality, safety, timely execution, and operational excellence.
